These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to choice-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in North Carolina.
Severability
If a court finds one part invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected part will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable where the law permits.
